As well as celebrating nearly two years since opening their new, bright and welcoming premises in Southfield Drive, Jelf Clark Thomson Ltd (CTIB) welcomed a new office manager, Sally Firth this week as they continue to strengthen and grow their offering in this local community.
Sally is the latest addition to the already 13 strong team in Elgin as she takes on this new role as office manager. She will work alongside Colin MacDonald, the Elgin branch manager and will be responsible for managing the staff based in Elgin as they work together to build on the previous success and expansion of the office. Sally will identify new areas and opportunities for development as part of her role. Sally brings with her a wealth of insurance knowledge having worked for D. E. Ford in York, another independent brokers, for seven years. Not only does she bring this valuable experience, this is coupled with her expertise, which is evident in the coveted ACII insurance qualification she holds.
CTIB now has over 200 staff operating from nine local branches across Scotland. The last few years have seen further growth for CTIB with an annual turnover in the region of £60m. Their most recent success was being crowned winner of the Scottish Financial Services Awards. This highly prestigious award recognised their success in ‘bucking the trend towards centralisation and achieving outstanding growth, by delivering a local and personalised customer experience through a Scotland-wide branch network and strong client relationships’.
